ALL HYDRAULIC MODELS
These heavy duty units have a range of lifting capacities from 3,500 to 6,600 lbs. Large platform sizes and a level ride throughout make these lift gates the industry preference for palletized loads, bulk delivery and wheeled cargo. Usually installed on truck and trailers with GVW rating of 20,000lbs and above, they have the most features and options available.
RAIL GATES
Rail gates have a range of lifting capacities from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs. The original full size work horse, these heavy duty large platform lift gates are available with simplified controls and hydraulics. They are still the first choice in many applications.
RAIL GATES - MEDIUM DUTY
Medium Duty rail gates have a range of lifting capacities from 1,250 to 3,000 lbs. Compared to the standard rail gate, these lighter duty units are less expensive and have a wide variety of platform sizes to choose from. They are primarily used on trucks with fright boxes or flat beds with a GVW of 10,000 to 18,000 lbs. This unit is also a good low bed height solution.
TUCK-AWAY
Designed to fold under the transportation unit, Tuck-a-Way lift gates are a popular choice for many applications. The most used lifting capacities being from 1,500 to 3,000 lbs, but are available up to 5,500 lbs. Although more labor intensive for operators, they are perfect for industries that do not need to use there lift gate at every delivery.
CONVENTIONAL
Conventional lift gates have a range of lifting capacities from 1,000 to 5,500 lb. They can be installed on a variety of units. These lift gates are available with large platforms and high lifting capacities and are a less expensive solution to these needs. Note: These units are not usually installed on trailers/trucks that require dock loading.
STANDARD SMALL TRUCK/VAN
These lift gates have a range of lifting capacities from 500 to 1,600 lbs. These units are designed for installation on a small truck, utility body or van application. Sprinter and Cargo van units are available!
SIDE LOADER
Side Loader lift gates have a range of lifting capacities from 1,850 to 4,500 lbs. These units can be installed on most trailers with or without reefer units but are primarily made for trailers with large side door entries. In the stored or travel position, the platform stores under the body and is either unfolded or extended out from under the door
